Amma Grocery in Malvern is a great local spot for Indian groceries. The store is clean, well-organized, and carries a good range of essentials — from fresh produce and snacks to frozen foods and spices. Prices are fair, and it’s nice to find regional items that aren’t always available at bigger chains. The staff is polite and helpful, and checkout is usually quick. It’s an easy stop for anyone around the area looking for authentic ingredients or a quick grocery run.

Stopped here for quick check and shopping. Store is moderately big when compared to any other individual running grocery store. You will get most of Indian store items here. Prices are very competitive with the big guys in the area. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I will def come back here to support the local stores.

I stopped here on a snowy evening to get some groceries. The staff welcomed with a smile and offered me a complimentary tea. There is plenty of parking that is shared with other stores nearby. As you enter the grocery store, you can pick up a shopping cart, and you will see the rice bags, wheat flour, etc, then it leads you to a vegetable section. The store is kept very neat and clean. The aisles are clearly marked. This was my first time visiting this store. So I enquired the staff about the items, they were very pleasing and friendly to assist. The produce/vegetables were fresh with prizes comparable to the nearest stores. For other grocery items, I was able to find the items with the help of staff, and the quality seemed good to me. There was one item I couldn't locate. The staff immediately took note of it in their order book so that it would be available in stock next time. I tried their complimentary ginger chai, and it was brewed really well, kudos to the staff. The key difference with this store is the staff who is on a mission to serve the customer base with quality, produce, and grocery, to top it off to take care of the customers with a smile. So let's support this new business and good luck to them.

I visit here at least once a month, sometimes twice a month especially when my other half is desiring dosa and idly chili powder every day. All the workers I’ve encountered have been nothing but welcoming. As someone who usually gathers many, many stares when visiting an Indian grocery store, I’m pretty happy that I can run in and out of this store with no fuss. I am often asked if I need help finding anything, which is very warming to be acknowledged (even if I know where I’m darting to). I really appreciate having good experiences here especially because this is the closest, most stocked Indian grocery store to where I live- and I really like cooking Indian cuisines for my guy.
